Biography
Stevi McCoy is an enterprise strategist and organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across multiple industries. As Chief Strategy Officer at HKS, Inc., she converts vision into actionable operating models by integrating strategy, governance, and talent systems to boost organizational performance and cultural alignment. Previously, McCoy served as Principal and Director of Organizational Development at HKS, where she established the firm's enterprise Organizational Development office and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. She also led enterprise and talent strategy initiatives at Slalom and co-founded Revel Experiences, a consultancy specializing in brand strategy and employee engagement. McCoy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
