Biography
Ricardo Álvarez-Díaz, FAIA, is a licensed architect, entrepreneur, real estate developer, educator, and author whose work bridges design excellence, business strategy, innovation, and community impact. He is Co-Founder of Álvarez-Díaz & Villalón®, a Top 300 U.S. architecture and design firm, and Valora Ventures®, a real estate development company. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame, where he teaches real estate development, placemaking, and design. His forthcoming book, THRIVE, SURVIVE OR GO EXTINCT, explores leadership, transformation, and the future of the built environment amid profound technological, economic, and societal change.
