Pankaj Duggal

Pankaj Duggal is a seasoned executive with three decades of architecture, engineering, consulting, and construction experience spanning North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As President and EVP of Integrated Design and Advisory at Michael Baker International, he leads strategic vision and growth for Architecture, Engineering, and Advisory services focused on the built environment. His multi-disciplinary project portfolio spans Corporate, Science & Technology, Education, Mission Critical, Defense, and Government sectors, with delivery in 47 U.S. states and 32 countries. Previously, Duggal served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Jensen Hughes and held senior leadership positions at Jacobs. He specializes in strategic thought leadership, integrated design, alternative project delivery, and high-performance built environments. Duggal serves as Dean's Advisory Board Chair for the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan.
