Michelle Carroll serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at HKS, Inc., a position she has held since March 2014. With over two decades of human resources experience, Carroll has built expertise across talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development. Before joining HKS, she served as Regional Manager of Human Resources at Grant Thornton LLP and held recruiting and HR leadership roles at Lane Gorman Trubitt and Syntroleum Corporation. Carroll holds professional certifications including SPHR-SCP and Certified Mediator credentials, demonstrating her commitment to HR excellence. She earned her BA in Business/Organizational Communication from Oral Roberts University.
