Marvin Lahoud

Marvin Lahoud is General Manager and Partner at Tocci Construct, where he leads companywide strategy, operations, and project performance. A civil engineer with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from HEC Paris, Marvin has spent more than a decade developing more transparent, collaborative, and data-driven ways to plan, price, and deliver buildings. He is also a co-founder of C-Street, a price-discovery and cost-optimization platform for Owners. More recently, he has been exploring how AI can accelerate early design, cost modeling, and feasibility analysis. His team has applied rapid test fits and AI-assisted cost modeling to nearly twenty office-to-residential conversion opportunities in Boston.
