Biography
Marjanne Pearson is the founder of Talentstar, Inc., a management advisory practice focused on organizational resiliency and talent strategies for architecture and design firms globally. Since 1987, she has worked with a constellation of clients ranging from signature architects and emergent practices to regional powerhouses and corporate giants across the Americas and Asia. She is Co-Founder of TOKONEXT, a platform that translates design thinking into business action. Marjanne's expertise spans recruiting and talent development, practice management, leadership development, and ownership transition strategies. She has served on the Executive Board of BLINK Design Group and SMG. A sought-after speaker for the AIA and SMPS, she taught for 15 years in Harvard Graduate School of Design's Executive Education Program, including programs on talent-driven firms and strategic resiliency.
