Biography
Marco Larrea serves as a Principal at EDSA, bringing more than 25 years of expertise as a Landscape Architect. He is recognized as the first Latino Principal on the firm's Board of Directors and has championed EDSA's successful expansion throughout Latin America. Larrea's design philosophy centers on envisioning the impact of design on human behavior to create thriving environments that respect local culture and natural elements. His culturally-sound portfolio includes prestigious international projects such as Rosewood Mayakoba and St. Regis Punta Mita in Mexico, Four Seasons Terre Blanche in France, and Guacalito de la Isla in Nicaragua. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and attended the Central University of Ecuador, School of Architecture.
