Lissadell Karalus-Breinholt is a Management Consultant at Mott MacDonald, where she specializes in sustainability consulting and international development. With over three years of experience advising public and private sector clients, she delivers strategy, systems-strengthening, and transformation projects for global infrastructure, utilities, and governance clients. Her work includes developing an adaptive learning framework across 70+ projects in 25 countries for the Green Cities, Infrastructure & Energy Programme, and supporting the Fens Transition Lab to co-design regenerative land and water strategies. She brings expertise in foresight and scenario planning, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable finance pathways, bridging long-term climate strategy with practical delivery to support climate-resilient and sustainable futures. Karalus-Breinholt holds a First Class BSc in Global Sustainable Development from the University of Warwick.
