Biography
Kim Montague is the President and CEO of Albert Kahn Associates, where she serves as the firm's first female chief executive. A licensed architect and graduate of the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Montague brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare design, community engagement, and organizational development. Her career includes leadership roles as Executive Director at Interwoven Health and Kimball International, and Vice President at HKS, Inc. As Past President of AIA Detroit, she has contributed to various committees and knowledge communities focused on design and sustainability. At Albert Kahn Associates, she leads the 129-year-old firm's work in healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation while advancing the firm's commitment to improving life through design. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and EDAC accredited.
