Josh Goldman

Josh Goldman serves as Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer at Corgan, where he has led people strategies for over eight years. With more than 30 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, Goldman brings deep expertise in onboarding, employee relations, and talent acquisition to the design industry. His approach focuses on fostering collaborative and innovative cultures while aligning HR practices with organizational goals to ensure sustainable growth. Prior to joining Corgan, Goldman held senior HR leadership roles including Chief People Officer at Optum360 Services and Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Conifer Health Solutions. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas.
