Biography
John Tocci, Sr. is Chief Executive Officer of Tocci Construct, a third-generation Massachusetts-based construction management firm and an early industry leader in innovative new technologies. In 2005, he founded the BIMForum and played a leading role in developing the industry’s Level of Development (LOD) Specification. Recognized by Engineering News-Record and the Associated General Contractors of America, John has spoken at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, Yale School of Architecture, and MIT. For four decades, he has challenged conventional relationships among owners, architects, and builders.
