Jamie Frankel

Jamie Frankel is a Partner in Thompson Hine LLP's Construction Practice and plays an active role in the firm's wholly owned subsidiary, Project Management Consultants, LLC (PMC). He leverages integrated skills of project managers, architects, engineers, and lawyers to structure contracts and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles. Frankel delivers creative, team-oriented solutions for owners, architects, engineering firms, and construction companies on projects across the built environment in the U.S. and internationally. Drawing on his multidisciplinary background, he advises on project structuring, transactional documentation, and dispute resolution. His representative projects include the financing, design, and construction of the railroad replacement between Ben Gurion Airport and Jerusalem, and the design and construction procurement of the Military Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey.
