Greg Michaud

Greg Michaud is a Managing Director at Voya Investment Management, where he has served since 1995. He manages a real estate boutique within the firm's fixed-income team, overseeing a 55-person department that originates $4.0 billion in commercial real estate loans annually across core, core plus, and opportunistic strategies. Under his leadership, the team manages a diversified portfolio of $15 billion in assets spanning retail, industrial, multi-family, office, and specialty properties. Michaud spearheaded the development of Voya's third-party platform, raising over $8.0 billion in separately managed accounts from 23 institutional investors.
