Over his decade as CEO, he has strengthened the firm's revenue while strategically guiding growth and expansion across seven countries and 26 U.S. cities. His visionary leadership has transformed the firm into a digital-first, technology-enabled organization. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, he specializes in restoration and forensic engineering, evaluating engineering materials from construction defects using specific laboratory techniques. Dilip holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and Master of Science degrees in both Structural Engineering and Engineering Management from State University of New York (Buffalo). He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and California.
