Chyenne Pastrana is Director of Marketing at Leadership Strategies, where she serves as a member of the executive leadership team. With a career spanning strategic marketing planning, lead generation, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership, she has built high-impact programs that drive business growth and elevate brand presence. Pastrana combines data-driven insights with creative strategy to deliver measurable results, leading teams through complex challenges including launching digital platforms, optimizing multi-channel campaigns, and integrating advanced marketing technologies. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing at DesignIntelligence and held marketing leadership roles at Entrematic, where she focused on marketing strategy and content development. She also operated as an independent graphic design and rebranding consultant for nine years. Pastrana holds a certification in Graphic/Digital Design from Parsons School of Design and a BA in English from CUNY Queens College.
