Biography
Charlie Cichetti is CEO and Co-founder of Skema, a leading next-level BIM solution provider delivering AI-enabled solutions that help AEC firms transform their business models and practice. A serial entrepreneur in real estate, sustainability, and technology, Cichetti previously co-founded and served as CEO of Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), a full-service green building consulting firm providing environmentally focused solutions to design, construction, and real estate professionals. Under his leadership, SIG was acquired by TÜV SÜD in 2024. He also built and scaled Green Building Education Services (GBES), which was similarly acquired by TÜV SÜD. Cichetti continues to serve as an advisor to both organizations. His work focuses on practical application, enterprise execution, and driving digital transformation in the built environment.
