Biography
With over 30 years of experience in the engineering, real estate, and construction industries, Andy brings a diverse skillset to his projects. As Leader of the Corporate Market Sector, Andy has led Bala’s design team on some of the most prominent corporate headquarters projects throughout the Delaware Valley region and beyond. His passion lies in bringing energy conservation and sustainable design initiatives and awareness to his projects. Some of the clients include: Chubb, Comcast Technology Center, NBC10, Radian Group, Audacy, Capital One, Cozen O’Connor, SAP, Aramark, Reed Smith LLP, Bank of America, White & Williams LLP, Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), Bank of America, Blank Rome, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Crowell Moring and Macquarie.
Andy is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University in the Sustainable Engineering Master's and Doctorate Program. He has been teaching Sustainable Infrastructure since 2023.
