Alan is the Chief People Officer at HMC Architects. In his twenty-year HR career, Alan has cultivated a deep experience building high performance teams and creating genuine organizational cultures that have strong employee engagement. He is passionate about using people analytics and leadership development to increase retention and the employee experience. Alan has spent a career studying and deploying best practices in attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining top talent.
