In the fall of 2020 Kimball International commissioned DesignIntelligence to conduct research to try to understand what the future of healthcare delivery might look like as we put the pandemic behind us. In order to look ahead, we felt that it was necessary to gain an understanding of how healthcare has progressed over the last 50 years and how Covid-19 has disrupted our healthcare system.
Over the course of several months, we had the opportunity to speak with dozens of industry leaders from many of the top healthcare systems. We talked with CEOs, Strategy Officers, Directors of Planning, Architecture & Design, Real Estate Strategists, Clinicians, and others.
