The new live, work, play context is not so new. We now live in an ongoing remote and virtual reality. The catalyst of the pandemic combined with multiple other dynamics through environmental changes, loudly expressed social expectations and massive economic shifts have us asking new questions about the future of talent, organizations, and leadership.
Our time together dove deep into the fast-arriving future demanding new attitudes and responses to these essentials.
