Pascal Sablan

Pascale Sablan is Chief Executive Officer of the New York Studio at Adjaye Associates, a position she has held since January 2024. Her career at Adjaye Associates began in 2021, progressing from Senior Associate to Associate Principal before assuming her current leadership role. Prior to joining Adjaye Associates, Sablan served as Senior Associate at S9 Architecture and spent over a decade as an Associate at FXFOWLE, where she created sustainable architectural design internationally across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, Azerbaijan, and Japan. In 2018, she founded Beyond the Built Environment, an advocacy platform addressing inequitable disparities in architecture through her 'triple E, C' method: Engage, Elevate, Educate, and Collaborate. Through this work, Sablan promotes agency among diverse audiences and advocates for equity in the built environment, elevating the contributions of minority architects and designers.
